Sorry guys I tried uploading the file thrice, but for some reason it
failed every time. It is a .pps file about 1.1 MB.

Uploading Microsoft Office files like doc, ppt, pps, etc are usually
problematic in Google.

Can you try exporting the PPS to PDF? This may also help people not to
install the special fonts to view your presentation since PDF has
option of embedding fonts.

You can do this in either of the following ways:

1. Install a PDF printer driver. This add PDF printer entry. Then you
can just print your presentation from power point, and choose PDF. You
will get PDF file (not physical printout). Some of the free PDF
printer drivers are: pdfcreator (http://sourceforge.net/projects/
pdfcreator/), and bullzip (http://www.bullzip.com/products/pdf/
info.php#download)
2. If you use the Open office (http://www.openoffice.org/) which is a
free and complete alternative for Microsoft Office. You have export to
PDF in the file menu.

Google will not usually give problems with uploading PDF files.

The only reason I did not convert to .PDF is because the presentation
is animation itensive. Multiply sheets for these animations will not
be as good as the presentation itself. Any way after multiple attempts
i scceeded in uploading the .PPS.. Would apreciate comments on this.

You should try & use some of the fileshare sites to share it . It may
not come through emails I guess.
