# Should have excellent troubleshooting skills and know how to use remote assistance tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Join.Me, GoToMeeting, MS Remote Desktop etc.

# Ability to use the infrastructure systems for phone, chat, and email support.

# Should have excellent skill for documentation

# Should have excellent skill for Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Functional Testing, System Testing etc.,

# Proficient language skills in US/UK English.

Job Description:

# Troubleshooting for technical issues related to Application

# Develops, designs, plans, implements, tests, automates, documents, and maintains solutions for the integration and testing of our applications.

# Leverages fundamental Information Technology/Development knowledge in areas such as of virtual machines, Microsoft SQL Server, C# and HTML to support testing and the support development of test automation software/code to verify system functionality.

# Supports reviews of software design, change specifications, and plans against contractual and/or process requirements.

# Define tests driven by story acceptance criteria (including functional, load and performance tests) and applicable project standards

# Create, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks and solutions in support of continuous integration and delivery

# Collaborate with Team Members

# Assist release engineering in creating automated build verification and system integration test frameworks and tests

# Participate effectively in estimation, planning, cost-of-quality, and quality risk analysis

# Participate in project-wide reviews of requirements, system architecture, and detailed design documents

# Identify process improvement opportunities

# Clearly communicate status, issues, and plans to test manager and client stakeholders

Technical Skills:

# Technical understanding of MS Operating Systems (Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 10)

# Should have good knowledge of SQL Queries ( Joins, Group By, Order By etc.)

# Should have good knowledge of C# & MVC application

# Demonstrated ability to properly diagnose and resolve.

# Excellent knowledge of testing methodologies
