Your Mission: HAARP Function and Purpose

The weekly TKR Mission is a double-blind task by one TKR staff that is
done by a variety of viewers with many different methods, backgrounds
and levels of experience. Unlike our basic, hard-feedback practice
targets, the Missions span a variety of targets, from those with zero
feedback to basic tasks, and everywhere in between. Anybody can play,

This week's mission just closed and the target turned out to be HAARP,
the U.S. Dept of Defense Alaska-based antenna array.

A dozen sessions, some very accurate on what there's feedback for, and
some leading to probably more questions about the array's intended
uses!
