to Remote Viewing
Any of you who have played in the www.gotpsi.org or www.dojopsi.com/tkr/
remote viewing arenas, or who view with friends or groups online, know
at least a little about working with remote viewing sessions online.

The TKR Viewer Studios (Practice, Mission (team), and Solo
(independent)), have session upload forms, let you get a passworded
link so you can easily share it with friends online (no-login, but
nobody can see it but people with that special link).

The Dojo Psi (which hosts TKR's software) has another project of its
own called Taskerbot (we call it "tBot" for short), which is a growing
collection of software tools for taskers, viewers, project managers,
etc.

It has a few modules open now:

TASKER lets you task to yourself, to (and from) friends, and 'mix it
all up' so you can still work in protocol (doubleblind) to the degree
possible. So if you view for your own stuff, your friends, clients,
groups, etc. you can avoid even the AOL from known-tasking-source.
Taskerbot is not like a tasker; YOU (or whomever provides the task)
are the tasker. It's more like a grabbag or box that 'shuffles up'
tasks so you don't know what you're getting.

That module also has an OFFSITE tasking feature so you can enter a
task and feedback and date/time, and get a nifty passworded link to
give to your group/viewers. When it's time for feedback, the link will
automatically change from only showing task#/time it closes, to
showing all the feedback (great for groups with timezone issues, etc.
and easy to print).

GEO allows you to set up coordinates grids for your location and
randomly generate locations, where "your target is your local feedback
experience."

TANDEM lets you pair up with friends live online and do doubleblind
viewing on the same task, for fun, either from the Viewer Studios >
Practice collection (you can modify the categories included) or from
your personal Taskerbot collection (which of course is your own stuff
so it can be anything).

NEWS lets you task yourself on the news, with a random choice of
sources (you can increase/remove these, upload your own, or make sets
to switch them out quickly), a random choice of date (defaults to
"now" but you can specify a # of days into the future) -- the system
will give you a link and a place to find the headline (usually the top
one) to click on, and that news story is your target. Anybody into
'real news in the real world', whether in the present (but still in a
decent protocol) or future, might have fun with that. That just hit
beta so we are still playing with it.

There are two modules left to build in Taskerbot before it's ready to
go out on its own (fly baby, fly! :-)) like intended (it is not part
of TKR, it is part of the Dojo Psi, which is a sort of umbrella thing
that 'sponsors' various online software for projects -- those two and
others, public and private).

I still need to build the following, so I thought I'd open these for
viewer input before I dive into it, so anybody who might want to use
these tools can have their custom wish-list considered for it.

1 - TOOLS is a module that will be basic internet tools to help folks
who use the web for remote viewing. For example, not everybody has
image software or knows how to use it, etc. You could easily resize,
rotate, thumbnail images, write them to pdf or flashpaper files and
email to yourself. You could upload a text or word doc and scans of
session files and have it all written into a single flashpaper file
that you could post on the internet at any free service to share it
(or post in the Viewer Studios > Solo in TKR if you wanted, either
private [your passworded link] or public [shared in there]). You can
take any session you've got in any Dojo Psi project (such as TKR or
tBot) and print it to pdf or flashpaper and email it to yourself or to
your email group if it's for a task there. That sort of thing.

Now accepting input for what viewers might want as "tools" to manage
any kind of session, task, reporting, etc. materials for online use. I
do notice that viewers are notoriously (even surreally) shy about
saying things publicly for reasons I don't grok, so anybody who wants
to talk privately can email me at pal...@gmail.com.

2 - VIEWER is a module in Taskerbot that will do what TKR's "Viewer
Studios > Solo" does now. tBot is going to be a stand-alone project
which means, since it's not part of TKR, it needs its own session-
related application. There are things that are good/bad/ugly about any
session software, and things viewers wish were different or options.
Luckily, now that I've already built something like this years ago
with gradual patches, I think I can do the next version as something
better.

Now accepting input for what viewers might want a "session" software
to do for them. Remember this is for independent work and fairly
experienced viewers (newbies should visit TKR), so we assume that the
sessions are used elsewhere online and it's set up with making that
convenient in mind. How would you want these managed: Folders, tags,
etc. How do you want it input: resizeable forms, grey screens to
minimize light for those who actually view in-da-box instead of on
paper, auto-saving in case of server reboot or power failure, etc. Any
basic info you want to keep in named 'sets' so you can choose it and
have a bunch of related info included with the session (eg the method
you used or other info). Whatever. I have some suggestions in so far,
and it'll automatically do what TKR's Viewer Studios > Solo already
does, but that has some clunky elements I hope the tBot version can
improve on since it's coming later.

If you have ideas or wishes for how it'd be in your perfect online RV
world, let me know, here or at pal...@gmail.com.

As always, everything is free.

http://www.dojopsi.com/tkr/ will register you for TKR which right now
also gets you access to Taskerbot, if you want to look around.

Best,
PJ

How do you create your future through remote veiwing? Is there a way to change to a favorable outcome? I am looking for a job and would like to get a good one.
