remix os freezes on my pc

Processor : Pentium (R) Dual Core CPU E700 @ 3.00GHz 2,99GHz

Ram  : 4gb available memory 3gb

Graphics Card : NVidia Geforce 210(1GB) 

PC : Win7 Ultimate 64 bit

i have tried to install Remix os for pc 64 , but it didnt work on my pc .

Then ive installed remix os for pc 32 it worked but it always freezes after user agreement and waits on black screen . how can i fix that ?

Same phoenix works well for me.. I too have GeForce 210 (1GB)!
