ONLY 3.3 SPACE AVAILABLE?

to Remix OS for PC

I tried with a USB 2.0 SanDisk 8GB and 16 gb kingston 3.0.

Once installed OS remix, the two Have only 3.3 GB of available space. This happens to everyone?
