Attached is our agenda for the in-person/teleconference meeting to be held at the Fall 08 General Assembly at the San Jose Doubletree hotel. For those of you attending in person, we will be in the San Martin Room and will hold this meeting over breakfast (please feel free to eat prior to the meeting or bring your food with you). This meeting will begin at 0800 on Saturday the 25^th and is scheduled to conclude at 1000. Please note that I have set up a teleconference dial in number for those of you who are unable to attend this year’s conference, but I am unsure as to the equipment that we will be provided and so, might be relying on my cell phone as backup/teleconf speakerphone for the room and I am not sure at this time if I will even have a signal. My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause and I look forward to seeing and speaking with you this weekend!
