Cleaned Up Group

I owe an apology to everyone that has signed up for this group. I
inadvertently allowed spammers to come into the group and post spam
willy nilly. That's to Ira for the heads up about the spam problem.

I've now restricted the group to be invite only (one just needs to ask
to become a member), I've banned the spammers that were clogging up
the group with their nonsense and I deleted all of their messages.

Thanks to everyone that supports our little corner of the Refresh
world and I hope to see you at our meet-ups.
