Refresh SXSW party.

I was looking at upcoming.org and seem many have posted parties like
the annual Frog Design party or the Great British booze-off.

meetup like last year.

We're setting up a party and will kick out a note to the group when we
have some specifics lined up. :) That said, if folks want to get
together i naddition to that party, all the better!

Alex and I talked about the possibility of involving Refresh in the big EFF-Austin "Plutopia" party at Scholz Garten. http://plutopia.org  No decision yet, but the venue's pretty large, so it would be possible for Refreshers to have gather inside and hang out together before the party kicks off. Bootstrap Austin is doing something similar.
