A way to modify CKEditor in WS Management Server ver 11.2.1 and above

As you know CKEditor has become an editor of choice in Management Server 11.2.1 and above

It is a very robust and highly customizable editor

In modifying certain functionality of this Editor in Management Server it is recommended to create a parallel editor to the original one and use it as alternative for one user or a group of users

Here is the KBA that suggests how to create an alternative CKEditor which would prevent the editor from inserting &nbsp; in between empty p tags (<p></p>)
