Critical Mass is currently seeking a new breed of expert to join our
team of talented professionals. Having recently used RedDot to create
and launch the new Rolex.com website, we've come to learn that we need
someone fluent in RQL, someone who can help expand beyond the walls of
default functionality and build out the intricacies needed to have
everything operate smoothly.

This position is located in Calgary, AB. Those interested in the

Responsibilities:

* 3+ years demonstrated development experience with hand-coding
advanced HTML and CSS
* Experience in working within a team environment
* Proficiency with RedDot 6.5 or more recent (we operate on RedDot
7.5)
* Experience with RQL writing scripts (and plugins)
* An excellent ability to deal with people at all levels and build
trust and confidence with management and employees

Desired Skills:

* Experience with RedDot LiveServer
* Experience with JavaScript, especially using XMLHTTPRequest
* Experience with JSP, ASP, PHP, or CFM
* Experience with XML, XSL/XSLT, and DTD or Schema validation
* Familiar with OO programming
* Familiarity with source code control systems
* Familiarity with web-based testing and QA processes
* GUI design experience

Training opportunities will be provided as needed.
