We at the AHG has developed a RIC system
It is still being refined but here is a taster.

Wow! Something like this is what we are all dreaming of I think :-)!!
I suppose that this would not be intended to be open-source (no
criticism implied if so!) :-)?
My own personal thoughts (not an official EGAD position), which I have
also shared with the developers of the Mnemian project, are that I
feel the archival community worldwide would benefit enormously if we
had some kind of shared 'triple store', i.e. shared infrastructure,
which anybody could use (with control over one's own data). By this I
do not mean a user-interface like the one you have developed, just an
underlying infrastructure with some API. I particularly have in mind
both communities which might not have the resources to setup a RiC
implementation, and vulnerable communities whose RiC implementations
might be at risk even if they can be set up. Technically setting up
such infrastructure is not terribly difficult (at least in the first
instance), it is mostly a matter of organisation and to a certain
degree funding (or at least willingness to donate server space). I
then foresee that anybody could plug in their favourite user interface
on top of the infrastructure, such as the one you have developed; ones
with lots of features might well be paid for, but a basic interface
hosted online, free at least for those in need, could likely also be
provided. In particular, if 'crowd funding' was sought at some point,
my feeling is that it would be better directed to such a 'shared
infrastructure' than any particular full-blown application project.
This does not imply that everybody has to use such an infrastructure
of course, RDF/RiC being decentralised it doesn't really matter where
things are stored. I'd be curious to hear people's thoughts on this!
