Invitation to Participate -- Archival Vistas Briefings Seminar Series

Greetings from the USA and SAA-IAAS! I hope this message finds you all well.
I am leading an initiative of the Society of American Archivists' International Archival Affairs Section entitled, "Archival Vistas Briefings." The virtual seminar series began in 2023 and discusses a topic or theme of international focus. The theme for 2024-2025 is archival standards and how we experience and use them. In each seminar, an international guest speaker(s) introduces attendees to how they have interacted with a particular standard, and shares their aspirations, implementation, and development experience with the standard. I would like to invite 3-4 interested international parties (from outside the USA) to be IAAS guests sometime during the week of July 7th – 11th, 2025 and at a time of convenience for all of you. The commitment (administered via SAA's Zoom channel) is for roughly one hour and the format will be a 10-minute presentation by each participant on your experience with the Records in Contexts (RiC) standard, followed by a question-and-answer period at the end of the presentations. We tend to offer this programming in or near the 11am or 12 noon EST hour to attract the most attendees; however, we would be happy to consider the time differences of participants and plan accordingly.
It would be a thrill for IAAS and its audience/membership (including me!) to hear your stories especially as they relate to your experiences with the Records in Contexts (RiC) standard.
