Important County Survey Now Online   Forsyth County is in the midst of reworking the Comprehensive Development Plan, the guiding document that will determine the future of Forsyth County.   As you know, we believe unbridled high density housing has put a strain on our infrastructure, crowded our schools, compounded our debt (now over $1 billion for the first time ever) and increased our taxes.   Clear cutting of land is destroying the tree canopy and rural feel of the County and changing the very identity we have all come to love. Tract housing has become the new normal and we need a return to quality development to ensure property values remain high and Forsyth County does not become the next Gwinnett.   Now is our chance to raise our voice. Please tell the County leaders how you feel. Take 5 minutes and fill out this survey and hopefully we can together change the trajectory of over development in Forsyth County!
