Ok I will try to run data again and see if that fixes the issue. If not we will have to have a service call but they need to ensure that their batteries are working.

I have run the data again. If they are still not working properly we will have to have a service call. Please make sure that it is other people’s remotes as well before we call to have someone go out. If not it may just be that the remote has gone bad. Please let me know if they are back up and running or if I need to have the gate company come out.
