HOA BOD Election 2017

Fellow residents, Happy Newyear!!!

I am writing to you on behalf of Board about the BOD election this month. 

Vijay and Rahul terms as Treasurer and President have ended as of 12/31/16. We need to elect their replacements as soon as possible. 

 

Vijay served his allowed 2 years as Treasurer and did tremendous job helping the community with improvements and cost saving changes.

I want to thank him on behalf of all of us for all the hours he put in to make things better and setting up a high standard in service to our subdivision. 

At this point he is not willing to continue or contest to be a board member and i hope he will change his mind and comeback to the board in near future.  

Rahul stepped in as interim president when the previous president moved out of the subdivision and helped Vijay along with me where we can 

What happens now:

President and Treasurer need to be elected as part of the our 2 year term setup by HOA Covenant rules. This was supped to be done in December and not happened. So we need to get this done as soon as possible.

If you are interested to contest and have questions i encourage you to reach out to Jim and from there we will have voting and form our new board.

Dead line to send interest: 01/07/17

Voting: 01/09 - 01/14

New board announcement - 01/16/17

I hope to see participation from all of you. 

Note: If in case we dont have enough interest to contest i.e if we do not get any interest, we will do a random pick to elect president and treasurer. This pool will exclude members already served. I hope it will not be the case
