FSBO Sign Outside the Gate

Sorry for mass communication  as don't have the emails of the specific members on the board.  Is there any specific requirement for putting a FSOB sign outside of the subdivision gate?  I remember seeing one from Mr. James but wanting to make sure.

Hey Viet, as far as I know there is none. But let the board members check and confirm.

No permission required to put sign. Also it is optional to inform  board member if someone is selling home. It would be nice if someone inform to board for sell so that we will be aware of in/out traffic.

I had discussion with Viet and he is clear what he has to do.
