RR- New president

Hello All- As some of you know that James is moving out in a few weeks and he wanted to give opportunity for president position to someone else. James did some of incredible work and we will always miss him as our first president of RR. Thanks a lot James.

Just an update, Since we have each board members from our lot#1-10, 11-20, 21-30 so in order to fill up james position we wanted someone from lot 11-20. This position is temporally until January 2017 and then there will be voting from community members in Jan 2017 for new president position.

By law we have to fill up this position asap and Board has decided to choose Rahul because he didnt miss any of our HOA meetings and was active members of volunteer group also. It is fair to choose only person from missing side lot#11-20.

So please Welcome to Rahul as our new president of RR and that will be effective from Today. Rahul lives in lot#17 and he is neighbor of James.

So We board member will be helping Rahul in a few days to understand some of communication and work he has to do on and off.

Welcome to the board Rahul.
