RR- HOA bills for FY 2017

Hello All- We just want to notify you that we had HOA meetings last week Friday  to discuss about HOA price hike reason, security camera things and some misc questions. If you have missed our meetings then here is details:

1) HOA bill has price increased from $800 to $900. Reason behind this because we changed our landscaper for better quality, we had some revolving money from year to year which we used this year for power outlet, sprinkles, benches and some land scaping works. This addition $100 will give us equity funds in case if we have any emergency works in in FY 2017. Reports from HOA manager Fieldstone is attached.

2) If some of you are not in our ravens ridge email group then please send request to (anja...@hotmail.com) and he will add you in the group. So we had voting in this weekend for security camera things which will cost us one time $100 fees. 20 people said yes and 3 people said no. So  we have more than 65% yes reply which means we can go for security camera things. So it will add another $100 in your bills for one time. Security camera cost is $3k and we are trying to get 100% from everyone. This will be installed in Jan 2017 when we will collect money from everyone. Results are attached.

3) As you know we have common trash service and we have 3 years price guarantee for that. So $120 fees will be added in your bills for entire year.

Finally your total bills $900 +$100(Security camera-one time)+$120(trash)=$1120.

So if you have any questions, please send emails to BOD (not entire group) and they are copied to this email.

If you have any email address changes then notify us because we will encourage everyone to get HOA invoice by email to save paper and additional cost on it. Invoice will have every details of price changes.
