RR- Recent update and changes

Hello All- Just want to give you a quick update which I took recently as a mass roll out of work in the community.

You may have seen our common area was in worst condition and a lot of weeds etc were growing without any stop. Water system was working on and off. Several,year long item just in pending condition without any movement. All these can severely affect to our property values. So here what happened and happening:

1) Im going to fire our current landscaper North georgia and I got another small company which can take care of:

a) All landscaping 

b) Pinestraw

c) Flowering

Annual saving with new contractor will be $3000. It was quite of bit work to go in details and get values of works but it is done now and contract will be signed tomorrow.

2) I have started working for outlet on entrance gate and that is hell lot of work but Im working on it. It is step by step process and hoping this should be done in a month.

3) Middle hill area which had drainage pipe issues, all the drainage pipe area has been buried with sod. This issue has been reported since last year but nothing happened.

4) All common area has been treated with weed control and hopefully it will be recovered soon.

5) Broken bench on gate side. I guess I have not heard from other board member so it will be thrown out and i will find out how.

Here what I need from you:

1) Since holiday time is there in couple of months. I need 2 volunteers who can work with me for all design and purchase if necessary. I will call for more people when actual work will start.

2) As you know that me and Rahul term will expire in January 2017. So I need volunteer name who wants to be on board. There will be 2 vacancy, so I guess we need atleast 4 people for proper voting. Please text me separately if you are interested by Nov 2016 and we will begin voting process in Dec 2016. 

Note: In terms of board member, what i see there shouldn't be rule that each 1-10,11-20 and 21-30 side we need to get one board member. Im saying because this model has failed completely and we should be open from any side to be on board members. So please cooperate on it and send your name for board members.
