October 21: The Orionids meteor shower and a Random Eclipse :)

Hi everyone!

Something fun for later this week...

If you wake up before dawn on Wednesday, October 21st, and look
towards Orion, you may be rewarded with a view of the Orionids meteor
shower. Then again, if you're like me, and value your sleep, you may
opt to wait until the evening to catch a different celestial event --
a Random Eclipse.

Eclipse magnitude is partial. This event will last for 24 hours, so
you will have some time to get a viewing in :)
