Hi everyone!

December 14th is the peak of the Geminids Meteor shower, which some people consider to be the best meteor shower of the year. From seasky.org: "... the Geminids are known for producing up to 60 multicolored meteors per hour at their peak... The radiant point for this shower will be in the constellation of Gemini. Best viewing is usually to the east after midnight," so if it's a clear night, don't forget to brave the cold and take a peek outside.

What to do on that day before it gets dark? Hmmm.... how 'bout check out our Random Eclipse, which will be starting at noon?

There's only one item previewing there so far, but by noon on the 14th there should be quite a few goodies to admire. This will be a partial eclipse, but it still promises to be an amazing one. And we're also celebrating our newest member, LeighAnne of Bluegrass Moon!

Thanks for taking a look everyone! We'll see you on the 14th :)
