SERENITY SCREENING 2008 UPDATE

Raleigh "Can't Stop the Serenity"!

I wanted to let you know that I am placing the order today for our
CSTS t-shirts from global. I wasn't able to take pre-orders through
the website this year, as I didn't have the crew to handle processing.
However, I am willing to hold shirts (while supplies last) for those
who buy one of the sponsorship packages. This year, our packages are:

MERCENARY: $75. Includes 2 tickets (your choice of either two people
one night, or 1 person both nights); a 1/4-page ad in the program; 1
ceramic pendant and 1 t-shirt; link listing on this website. Sponsors
are also welcome to provide biz cards, fliers, swag, etc., that we
will distribute for you at the event.

COMPANION: $150. Includes 4 tickets (your choice of either four people
one night, or 2 people both nights); a 1/2-page ad in the program; 2
ceramic pendants and 2 t-shirts; link listing on this website.
Sponsors are also welcome to provide biz cards, fliers, swag, etc.,
that we will distribute for you at the event.

BIG DAMN HERO: $300 or more. Includes 8 tickets (your choice of either
eight people one night, or 4 people both nights); a full page ad in
the program; 4 ceramic pendants and 4 t-shirts; billing as an "event
sponsor" in all PR; link listing on this website. Sponsors are also
welcome to provide biz cards, fliers, swag, etc., that we will
distribute for you at the event.

If you aren't interested in a package, you still have until June 1 to
get discounted tickets for one or both nights:

INDIVIDUAL TICKETS are $12 per person per night, if purchased prior to
June 1, 2008. On June 1, tickets will go up to $15 per person.

TWO-NIGHT PACKAGE: Earlybird orders will pay $20 per person for
tickets to both nights. Two-night packages will go up to $26 per
person on June 1, 2008.

PROGRAM: Every year we print an event program that is handed out to
all attendees. This program has become a kind of "yearbook" of sorts,
with not only event info and ads from our sponsors, but birthday
wishes, favorite quotes, thanks, and plugs for various Browncoat
groups or favorite charities. If you would like to contribute your own
message, graphic, ad, etc., please email me for more info. One line
$5, 1/8-page $10, 1/4-page $20, 1/2-page $50, and full-page $100.

I think that's it for now. I still haven't heard anything one way or
the other about whether we are getting film reels or will have to show
DVDs, but either way, the show will go on.
