Job Description
Collaborates with MES/MOM Solution Architects, Client Business partners, Enterprise Architecture BI Designers to identify the solution fits within enterprise context
Identify & perform map gap analysis, preparing the data enrichment rules working with business partners and documentation.
Identify & document issues and risks and provide visibility to stakeholders. Assess current or future customer needs and priorities by communicating directly to senior management.
Develop & Implement innovative technical solutions using Proficy Plant Applications, Proficy Historian & Operations hub. Develop SQL objects for Data Collection, Data Analysis, Data Mapping, Data Reconciliation, and guides on important, highly complex strategic analysis & operating problems.
Build solutions using Web APIs & Webservices to interface MES/MOM solution with ERP system
Lead development team in the industry best practices during development & deployment
Participate in Project planning sessions and provide estimates for solution development and deployment.
Provide training to key Users on MES solutions
Provide support for business and functional acceptance testing which involves ensuring technical specifications meet business requirements Assist in User acceptance testing and System acceptance testing
Assist Cutover/Go-Live activities and act as part of Hypercare support team
Travel to client location internationally to implement projects
Key Qualifications & Skill Set
- 10+ years of IT Experience
- 5+ Year of experience in GE Proficy Plant Application(All Modules), GE Historian & SQL development
- Proficient in English & Spanish language is must
- Hands on experience in GE Proficy Operations Hub preferable
- Techno functional skills in GE Plant Apps & Operations Hub
- Basic HTML, Scripts & VBA
- ISA S95 Industry standards
- Functional knowledge in Batch manufacturing
