Rainbow Guide entry form

We have attempted to give Our Family several methods for submitting and
collecting Rainbow Guide entries. Certainly the simpliest for us is for
you to use our

. This sends your profile directly to our Guide office where we review
it and then add or update it in our database.

However, we know that some folks prefer hard-copy methods -- and of
course, there are requirements for printed entry forms for distribution
at Gatherings big and small throughout the world. Therefore, for quick
and easy browser print outs we have an HTML Rainbow Guide form for you
to print. Likewise, we also have a couple of different downloadable PDF
versions available; these are best for getting quality reproductions
and should be used by Regional Focalizers when printing and
distributing forms.

We encourage entry, even anonymously -- neither your name or a physical
street address are required; and we prefer to receive an E-mail
address, but that's absolutely unnecessary.
