Hi,
My friend DeepaNath (Famous Artist) and I conducted a charity event recently to commemorate ‘National Girl Child Day’. This event titled ‘Articulations of Adilakshmi’ was held at Taj Deccan on 24th Jan in the presence of Mrs. Geeta Reddy, Mr. Pallam Raju, and Mr. Nagesh Kukunoor among others. For this event, Deepa made 5 paintings, I made a short-film, and we also printed Calendars showing Deepa’s paintings (each painting was auctioned for 50k).
The central character of this theme is ‘Adilakshmi’, daughter of a construction worker (near the place where I play Tennis). All proceeds will go for the welfare of girl child through Spoorthi foundation. I would request you to buy a Calendar and do your bit of charity (each Calendar is Rs.200 only). You can see the Calendar cover page, one of the paintings, and Short-film DVD cover as attachments. You can see the short film on youtube using the link below and circulate it among your friends and family. I will get Calendars to MDP on Friday 19th and to SEZ on Monday 22nd.
