Construction Progress

Visited the Flooraville site Yesterday and had a brief discussion with Mr. Naresh about the construction work. Mr. Naresh has informed me that
1. The wrong wiring/ cabling (which was reported by someone earlier) has been corrected now. All the wiring are either vertical or horizontal in all the flats.
2. Start of finishing work (As mentioned in Allotment letter as last milestone for raising the demand note) has been started in almost all the towers.
3. However, because they raised the few earlier demands in very quick succession so now they have decided to postpone the demand for this milestone by 2 months and would raise the same in August.
4. The tile works, internal plasters has been started and even completed in few flats.
5. Construction work of Club has been started.
6. The Work on commercial space has almost completed, only the finishing left. They have increased the size of commercial space.
7. Entry to the commercial space is from the outside only and the space will be open for the flooraville residents as well as outsiders also. No separate entry will be provide d for the flooraville residents.
8. The flats will be ready for possession by March 2013.
Apart from this i have also taken few pictures of most of the towers and will upload it sooner.
