A meeting is called on 10th May, 2015 at Paramount Floraville site from 10:30 am onwards. The meeting is open for all buyers whether they
A) have paid the last demand + registry charges
B) have paid the last demand
C) have paid last demand minus the interest component
D) have paid last demand minus the maintenance part
E) have not paid until now
F) are not willing to pay until penalties are paid
G) any other set of buyers

Agenda of the Meeting:

1. To check the Actual status of flats/ common facilities/ parking etc.
2. To know the status of delivery of flats from Mr Naveen Gupta, site in charge.
3. To decide on to whether a meeting with the builder should be arranged or not based on the consensus among the people present & raise following points:
3.1 No Increase in labor at site in spite of 500+ people have paid.
3.2 No definitive plan on actual delivery of flats
3.3 No planned approach for registry process
3.4 Flat should be handed over to the owner so that they can carry out minor changes/ pop etc before final finishing.
3.5 To get approval on the design for covering balconies in uniform design using Aluminum Frames if desired by any buyer just like Gulshan Vivante.
3.6 To know the status of CC of two towers viz C & F.
3.7 List of work to be completed before actual handover of the flat
3.8 To Give penalty to all the remaining buyers who've paid interests.
4. To select members of the GoR
