Abject Chaos at Paramount Office

Hello Friends, I have just come back from the Paramount Office. The situation is pathetic!!! They are not willing to listen to anything, except the interest till Sep 2010. Even if they delayed any documents from their side, they are blaming the buyer for the same, the excuse being that we should have followed up. The Tower Coordinators have no power to do anything and the senior people like Ashima and Ankita are just trying to brush all concerns under the carpet. For every delay their excuse is that we should have taken everything in writing!!! I saw an elderly couple being hassled at the office and complained about the same. Finally after all of us refused to listen to them, they took a written application from each of us and promised to follow up. I don't think anything will be done on these applications also. If you raise your voice they will take you to a separate cubicle and try to pacify you and treating cases individually only. Even for getting the ledger details you have to run after each individual. This will go nowhere if we keep talking to the junior staff.
