CHANGES TO ELECTORAL LAWS
Dec 6 - Draft laws, which are expected to be introduced to parliament later
this week, will mean charities and other groups which run political
campaigns, such as the RSPCA's advertising campaign last year against live
animal exports, will have to lodge annual disclosure returns with the
Australian Electoral Commission.
