Project managers and other people interested in efficient management of their projects

Venue and Training Schedule

5 days at RRDTC, Vientiane Capital. Training hours: 8:00 – 9:45, 10:00 – 12.00; 1– 2:45, 3:00 – 4:00 pm.

Course objective

This training will develop the participants’ knowledge and skills in Project Cycle Management including:

1.                                                                                                            Function and duties of a project manager

2.                                                                                                            Communication and coordination with relevant stakeholders

3.                                                                                                            Project planning, monitoring and evaluation (PM&E) for efficient project implementation

Training methods

Participatory learning approach (PLA), application – oriented and interactive:

        We focus on participatory methods, Game learning and participant center learning. 

        Real practice teaching in class

Course will be conducted in Lao language, training materials are provided in Lao
