COURSE TITLE: Project Proposal writing
22—26 Feb 2010 (5 days) at RRDTC, Vientiane Capital
Course Objective:
Participants will be able to
- Analyse their target groups’ needs
- Develop SMART overall objectices, project goals, outputs / results, risks and assumptions and activity plans (LogFrame) for their project
- Conduct a stakeholder analysis and find appropriate donors for their projects
- Present their project proffesionally in a proposal
Training Methods
RRDTC employs a Participartory Learning and Action approach (PLA)
· We focus on participartory methods, participant center learning
· Real practice in class
COURSE CONTENTS
1. The steps and importance of proposal writing
2. Needs Assessment tools: Problem tree and Objective tree
3. The Logical Framework concept (Logframe)
4. Developing a logical framework: Overall Objective, Project Purpose, Results, Activities, Risks and Assumptions
5. Stakeholder analysis
6. Project Proposal drafting
Pay only 1.500.000 Kip/person (includes materials, handouts, coffee breaks, lunch and certificate)
