Subject: Human Rights Workshop in Lao PDR
The Rural Research and Development Training Center (RRDTC) and Southeast Asia Committee for Advocacy (SEACA) will organize a workshop on Human Rights in Laos on 15 October 2009. Therefore, we would like to invite you and/or organization on behalf to attend this workshop. The Maximum of participants is 50 persons; you may send more than one staff to attend.

Remarks: (1). SEACA will provide lunch and other necessary materials for taking notes
