RRDTC training evaluation and needs assessment

Dear friends, supporters and customers of RRDTC,

The Rural Research and Development Training Centre  (RRDTC) would like to ask your help to

1.       Assess the quality of our trainings in the past and improve them

2.       Assess your organization’s training needs in the future in order to help us provide trainings according to your expressed needs

Please fill out the attached form in either Lao or English. The first part consists of an evaluation of attended RRDTC trainings and should be filled out by / with an actual participant of your organization.

The second part is about your organization’s needs in terms of training, action research etc. and should be filled out by management. If nobody in your organization has ever attended any of our trainings, just skip the first part and do only the second.

Filling out the form should take no longer than 15-20 minutes. We would very much appreciate if you could send the form back to actionr...@rrdtc.org by the end of next week.
