 ZERO WASTE CLASSES IN FRESNO, CA, November 19, 2009

I will be teaching a class on November 19, 2009 on Intro to Zero Waste the Foundation for Resource Management.  Join us to understand how Zero Waste can be a key part of community and business sustainability plans and help contribute to reducing greenhouse gases and global cooling.  Zero Waste Businesses are leading the way for Zero Waste and have diverted over 90% of their waste from landfill and incineration. Stephanie Barger and Michael Huls will be teaching a class on November 19, 2009 as well on
Beyond Recycling: How Businesses Get to Zero Waste. . This class will review the Zero Waste Business Principles, then go into detail on how to implement those principles for a particular business to achieve Zero Waste. Examples will be given of how different companies have addressed different issues that have come up in pursuing Zero Waste. Costs for each class are: Member - $125; Non-Member - $155
