Good Afternoon RNHA members and supporters,
There has been much talk recently about the RNHA. No doubt, this is an important topic as the Latino vote is key to the future of the Republican Party. We strongly believe that! Last year, the national organization wrote a letter to the state party regarding the subject of the perceived conflict. The fact is that the National RNHA recognizes Steve Orlando as the chair of the RNHA of Illinois. The letter is written by the RNHA General Counsel. At this time, we have decided to make this letter public to set the record straight.
The Official RNHA is headed by Steve Orlando
As the attached letter will show, the National Organization recognizes Steve Orlando as the only state chair of Illinois.
The RNHA has asked all groups other than the one headed by Steve Orlando to cease and desist using the name of the RNHA.
The letter will also that this is to be done so as to prevent rogue or individual chapters from damaging the name of the national organization.

The official stance of the Illinois RNHA is that we encourage all groups, including those in violation of the national Cease and Desist order, to continue to be active in building our Grand Old Party but to do so using another name. We thank everyone for their service. In due time, all matters will be resolved. Above all, you can count that the RNHA of Illinois will have an influence in the upcoming state elections, including the governor’s race. We are keeping our focus on our mission which is simple: bring Hispanics into the Republican party, find Hispanic candidates to run for office as Republicans and support our local and state Republican organizations in getting Republicans into office.
Thank you very much and kind regards,
