PBOT (Portland Bureau of Transportation) website says this Spring, the city will start a repaving project on Division, from Cesar Chavez Blvd to 50th Ave.  The map on the webpage shows repaving will extend to 52nd, so it's not clear if it will be up to 50th or 52nd.  SE Division Street Repaving Project
