The Winter issue of the Richmond News is attached.

We are always in need of people to help deliver the newsletter.  If you live in Richmond and don't get an issue delivered to you, it's because we have no delivery person for that route or your apartment (though many apartments won't give us permission to enter their lobby to drop off newsletters).
