Hello RIPE Friends! 

Next weekend is the work in progress showing at 95 Empire, an event being supported by RIPE, and I wanted to invite you all here. Hi Friends, 

I am writing to invite you to join a group of Rhode Island artists and the Rhode Island Performance Exchange on November 16th and 17th for Glimpse: Performance Works in Progress. At 8:00 at 95 Empire, performing artists from dancers to storytellers to musicians will present short pieces of new work they are developing that they have questions about - and you can help provide some answers! Each evening is unique, with four different artists or collaborations sharing work each night. Each evening of performance will be followed by a moderated talk back that will allow artists and audience to engage around the work that is being presented. 

The hope is that Glimpse might become a space for artists to continue to come together, explore new work and projects, and ask questions of one another. It's an opportunity to not only explore new performance but to explore critical ways of talking about performance that support the development of new things in Providence. 

Work will be presented by: Meg Sullivan and Susie Schutt, Mike Watson and Petter Deffet, Andy Russ, Urban Coastal Dance, Burr Harrison, Leigh Hendrix, and Stephanie Turner
