Upcoming Meeting, Quarter Auction, and Treasurer Needed

Hello!
This is a reminder that the next PTA meeting will be held in the school Library at 6:30pm on Thursday the 24th of January. We will have special guests from an in-school before and after school child care provider service called Hot Spots Extended Care Program. There are a number of benefits to having an in-school before and after child care provider. We hope to see you there!
Reminder that our fun Quarter Auction event is coming up on February 17th, in the late afternoon! You can obtain a ticket order form here: http://rhrpta.yolasite.com/resources/NEW%20QA%20Ticket%20Order%20Form.pdf the tickets are just $5 per person and that includes TWO bidding paddles.
Finally, we are in need of a new Treasurer. Due to family obligations, our current wonderful treasurer is "retiring" so to speak, and would like to teach a new treasurer the ropes before ending her term this summer. No experience needed. Please respond with interest and we will set you up for a quick overview, then you can decide if it's right for you. Treasurer's position uses the PTA laptop computer to handle all transactions using QuickBooks. It's very easy to learn.
