ANNOUNCING the Winners of our "Howdy Pard'ner" PTA membership drive!
Congratulations to: Ticket #563559 Brandon Parks
Ticket #563538 Dale Bower
and Ticket # 563560 Mary Ellen Castle
Method - as membership applications arrived, each one was stapled to a yellow ticket with a number on it. Ticket stubs were then put in a basket, and earlier tonight I shook and stirred up that basket, really really stirred it up! And lo and behold, the last two tickets entered (#s 559 and 560) still got pulled out - and YES, I reached down, didn't take from the top or bottom, but rather the middle of the tickets.
Each of the three winners will receive (via in-school mail) a certificate from SocialScout (powered by IdentityTheft 911). This award is good for free monthly service until July 19, 2013. This is an intelligence tool which offers a quick and easy way for parents to analyze children's social networking and mobile phone activity while safeguarding their privacy and reputation on sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and MySpace.
Though the drawing is over, you are still a WINNER if you joined, or plan to join, our PTA! Support children and support Red House Run Elementary. We have many fun and exciting activities planned for this year. Please take a few moments to visit our webpages at http://rhrpta.yolasite.com/
PS - there will still be a contest between the classes of RHR for the first three classes who obtain 100% membership (at least one family member or other (community) adult joins per child/sibling group), will receive a free class pizza party! Contest ends when the first three classes have achieved 100% participation. Look for the yellow bus chart in the main hall shortly with the road to 100%.
