URGENT - Regarding Ice Cream Social this Saturday

Due to a lack of interest/low ticket orders and few volunteers, the Ice Cream Social will not have a third session (4:00 to 5:00 pm).  This third session has been canceled, and the third session tickets will be honored at the second session instead (2:00 to 3:00 pm).  Anyone who selected session III will be moved to session II.

Despite our attempts to break even on the expenses of this event, the low volume of ticket sales will likely result in a negative balance for this event.  Unfortunately, we still have the same expenses for two sessions as we would have for three (custodian's fee, county bingo license fee, prizes, etc.)

Any late ticket orders will be filled if received no later than 11:20 am tomorrow - Thursday October 4th.  The PTA will be selling tickets at the door on a first-come, first-served basis for both the first and second sessions.  The price will remain at $4 per ticket.   Each ticket includes ice cream with toppings of choice, bottle of water, and five games of bingo. 

If you have yet to purchase tickets, please do so at the door.  Ticket sales for session I  will begin at 11:45 Am in the front lobby.  Ticket sales for session II will begin at 1:45 pm in the lobby as well.  You may choose to attend both sessions, if you purchase tickets for each.  The bingo prizes will be on the stage steps in the cafeteria, and will be winner's choice to the winners.
