WHAT'S NEW? EASTER EGG HUNT TOMORROW AND MORE

RUNNYMEADE'S ANNUAL EASTER EGG HUNT will be held tomorrow, Saturday, March 26, starting promptly at 11 am, next to the school bus turnaround on High Meadow Rd (the same location as last year). This is for all Runnymeade kids ages 0-12.  Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for last minute changes/instructions, and PLEASE plan to walk/approach the turnaround WALKING ON THE SIDEWALKS ONLY so as not to accidentally wander through an Easter Egg area. 

We will have separate areas set up for each age group 0-3, 4-8, and 9-12 respectively (same as last year) so that everyone has an opportunity to find eggs and enjoy the event. Parents are encouraged to help their little ones find eggs.  UP TO 1000 multi-colored plastic eggs filled with treats, toys, trinkets will be up for grabs.

 

 

SATURDAY, APRIL 9 is RUNNYMEADE'S ANNUAL COMMUNITY CLEANUP DAY!    All residents are invited to join us at the school bus turnaround on High Meadow Road for a morning (or more if necessary and you have the stamina) of picking up trash, brush, and other items in the common areas.  We will have coffee, water, breakfast treats, trash bags, and other supplies.  This is a perfect family event and a great way to meet your neighbors and learn more about your community.  

 

Planning is under way for RUNNYMEADE'S ANNUAL COMMUNITY YARD SALE AND ANNUAL LIBRARY OPEN HOUSE.  The first thing we need is a volunteer to chair the Yard Sale.  It is with regret that we have to report that our chair for many years, Michelle Fannon, moved away and we need a new chair ASAP.   Once we have a chair, we can finalize the date for the two events, which are held on the same day.  If you are interested and/or would like additional information, please contact Pat Mahoney at p-ail...@msn.com.
