URGENT NOTICE TO ALL OWNERS AND RESIDENTS
Milling, Paving, Painting and Repairs on All Runnymeade-Owned Streets Begin This Week
Finley Asphalt and Sealing will begin repairing curbs in the community this Wednesday, September 21. Attached is a flyer that should be distributed to everyone who lives at your address or is a regular visitor. It is similar to but slightly revised version of the flyer that was mailed out to all owners. There is no change on the dates; but hopefully this version is clearer than the previous version. Please discuss this with your neighbors, family members, baby sitters, dog walkers, car-poolers, contractors, and all regular guests.
ALL vehicle(s) must be moved completely off the streets and parking areas during the dates and times scheduled below and must remain off the streets and parking areas until the work is completed on each street. You MUST move all vehicles No Later Than 6:30 am on the days scheduled for work on your street or they will be towed at the owners’ expense. This must be done so that all of the old asphalt can be completely removed, replaced, paved, and painted. If this presents a hardship and you will need assistance, please call (703) 924-5900 IMMEDIATELY.
CURB REPAIRS
September 21
Curbs on Langton, in reserved spaces 86, 90, 91, 109 and 116, in front of 5914 and 5858, will be repaired or replaced on September 21. Parking will be restricted in the actual spaces being repaired, and in adjacent spaces, to allow heavy equipment access from 6:30 am to 8 pm.
September 22
The curbs in front of 5903 High Meadow Dr; 6039, 6050 and 6088 Heatherwood Dr; and 5930 and 5940 Heatherwood Court will be repaired or replaced on September 22. Parking will be restricted in the actual spaces being repaired, and in adjacent spaces, to allow heavy equipment access from 6:30 am to 8 pm.
September 23
The curbs in front of 6002 Knights Ridge Way and across from 6004, 6024, 6026, 6036, 6038, 6038 and 6042 Knights Ridge Way will be repaired or replaced on September 23. The last curb scheduled to be replaced is in front of 6169 Castletown Way. Parking will be restricted in the actual spaces being repaired, and in adjacent spaces, to allow heavy equipment access from 6:30 am to 8 pm.
