NLVS March & April Clinic and Shift Opening

Hi everyone,

Thanks for your interest in NLVS Clinic! The clinic schedule for March and April 2025 is now live.

SHIFT OPENING (email lko...@uic.edu if interested): 

• M3/M4 needed for the 3/1 clinic 
• M1/M2 and M3/M4 needed for the 3/2 clinic (normally Midwestern's clinic day, but we are taking over for them this day as they are unavailable)

If you were assigned a shift, you will receive an email the week of your shift with more details about the day. If you were not assigned a shift and would still like to volunteer, check your email for needs from the waitlist! 

Replacements

If you need a replacement for your shift, it is your responsibility to reach out to those on the waitlist (linked through the waitlist on the first spreadsheet) with a preference for those who have not been assigned a shift. You can only switch with a student in your respective class (e.g., a third-year medical student can only switch with another third-year medical student). After securing a replacement, please inform nlvsvolu...@gmail.com of the change (e.g., who you are swapping with and the clinic day you are replacing).
