⁉️ ĐỨC MỞ CƠ CHẾ TÀI TRỢ CHO CÁC DỰ ÁN HYDROGEN TÁI TẠO QUỐC TẾ – BAO GỒM CẢ VIỆT NAM 💫 

🌍 Theo hướng dẫn tài trợ mới cho các dự án hydrogen quốc tế, các doanh nghiệp Đức hiện có thể nộp hồ sơ xin hỗ trợ đầu tư và được hoàn trả một phần chi phí đầu tư để xây dựng các cơ sở sản xuất công nghiệp hydrogen tái tạo và các dẫn xuất của nó tại các quốc gia ngoài Khu vực Kinh tế châu Âu, bao gồm Việt Nam. Các doanh nghiệp Đức được khuyến khích hợp tác với doanh nghiệp Việt Nam để cùng phát triển và triển khai các dự án quốc tế này. 

📅 Hạn nộp hồ sơ đề xuất: ngày 18 tháng 12 năm 2025 

📆 Thời hạn kết thúc tài trợ: ngày 31 tháng 12 năm 2028 

🏛️ Chương trình do Bộ Kinh tế và Năng lượng CHLB Đức (BMWE) và Bộ Giáo dục và Nghiên cứu CHLB Đức (BMBF) tài trợ, với mục tiêu: 

- Thúc đẩy thị trường toàn cầu cho hydrogen tái tạo và các dẫn xuất của nó 

- Đẩy mạnh việc ứng dụng và mở rộng công nghệ của Đức ra quốc tế 

- Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị và triển khai các tuyến nhập khẩu hydrogen trong tương lai về Đức 

 📈 Dựa trên kinh nghiệm từ chương trình tài trợ năm 2021, hướng dẫn mới này phản ánh sự phát triển nhanh chóng của thị trường hydrogen, đồng thời cung cấp khuôn khổ hỗ trợ cho cả phát triển công nghiệp và hợp tác khoa học thông qua hai mô-đun. Mô-đun 1 tập trung vào sản xuất công nghiệp hydrogen tái tạo và các dẫn xuất của nó, Mô-đun 2 hỗ trợ các dự án nghiên cứu khoa học và hoạt động đào tạo đi kèm. 

⚡ Với tiềm năng năng lượng tái tạo dồi dào, khung chính sách vững chắc và cam kết mạnh mẽ đối với năng lượng sạch cũng như hợp tác quốc tế, Việt Nam đang ở vị thế thuận lợi để trở thành quốc gia tiên phong trong sản xuất hydrogen tái tạo. Green Hydrogen Hub Viet Nam càng củng cố tiềm năng này bằng cách kết nối doanh nghiệp, học viện, viện nghiên cứu, cơ sở đào tạo và các tổ chức phát triển, góp phần xây dựng một hệ sinh thái tích hợp cho đổi mới và hợp tác.

⁉️ GERMANY OPENS FUNDING MECHANISM FOR INTERNATIONAL RENEWABLE HYDROGEN PROJECTS – INCLUDING IN VIET NAM 💫 

🌍 Under the new funding guidelines for international hydrogen projects, German companies can now apply for investment support and receive partial reimbursement of investment costs to establish industrial production facilities for renewable hydrogen and its derivatives in countries outside the European Economic Area, such as Viet Nam. They are encouraged to collaborate with Vietnamese companies to jointly develop and implement these international projects. 

📅 Deadline for submission of proposals: 18 December 2025 

📆 End of funding period: 31 December 2028 

🏛️ Funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE) and the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), the initiative aims to: 

- Strengthen the global market for renewable hydrogen and its derivatives 

- Promote the use and application of German technologies abroad 

- Support the preparation and implementation of future hydrogen import routes to Germany 

📈 Building on the experience of the 2021 funding programme, this updated version reflects the rapidly evolving hydrogen market and provides a framework for both industrial development and scientific collaboration through two modules. Module 1 focuses on the industrial production of renewable hydrogen and its derivatives, while Module 2 supports accompanying projects in basic and industrial research, scientific studies, and training measures. 

⚡ With its abundant renewable energy potential, strong policy framework, and growing commitment to clean energy and international cooperation, Viet Nam is well positioned to become a frontrunner in renewable hydrogen production. The Green Hydrogen Hub Viet Nam further strengthens this potential by connecting industries, academia, research institutions, education, and developmental organisation - fostering an integrated ecosystem for innovation and collaboration.
