bubble info not showing up

I posted this in the issues area but maybe I should post it here
instead. I have followed all the instructions and my calendar is
looking great but the problem I am having is that if I add a new event
in google it shows up and if I hover over it on my site you can see
the little hand showing me that it is clickable but if I click on it
the bubble with all the event details does not show up. DId I miss
something or are others having this problem?
