Memphis Golf Trip July 10-14; All are invited... we need a head count

Good day all, (distribute this to all golfers & golf clubs; all are invited)

Contact me if you are seriously interested in going on the golf trip to Memphis.  Please contact me before 5 Jan.  Provide your response to the following questions.

     - Your Name 
     - Will your significant other go?  If so, provide her name?
     - Does your significant other plan to play golf?

     - State your lodging type or disposition (single occupancy, double occupancy, double room, double occupancy, or no lodging required).

     - If you plan to share a room, tell me who you plan to share it with.

A good headcount is needed to negotiate courses and lodging.  Golfers will still have a chance to get in on the trip later.  Currently, deposits are not expected until later; or when directed.  The courses, hotels, expenses, amenities, & etc. shall be presented shortly after the negotiations are hammered out.  So, hold tight for a minute. 

GOLF ITINERARY & FORMAT

* Play 3 days; 1 p.m. July 10th, 10 a.m. July 11th, & 10 a.m. July 13th

* July 12th no golf planned; a leisure day

* FORMAT: Net, 2 Member Blind Draw, Skins, All Birdies, 

Closest-to-Pin, and Longest Putt

     - Net will be a 2 day tourney; day 1 and day 2

     - Blind draw on day 3

     - Skins, All Birdies, CTP, & Longest Putt are daily competitions

* $50 entry per day

* Results and payouts shall be done daily after each round

* Golfers without a HCP set in the BOH Scoring System must supply scores of their last 10 rounds

* Admin reserves the right make HCP adjustments

* Men shall tee from the same position and women shall tee from the same position

* Max strokes is triple

Good day all,

     Here is the news update for the Memphis golf trip.  An online info/payment link shall be delivered to you if you have enrolled and provided your email address.  The hotel price listing includes your hotel and golf.  Please adhere to the due dates.  As a minimum; send your online deposit as soon as you receive the payment link.  Early payment/full payment is encouraged.  :-)  

Feb 15, 2023 - ensure your room preference has been reported to me or Ira

Apr 15, 2023 - $100 deposit is due

Jun 1,  2023 -  remaining balance due date

     For the couples; your room preference shall be reported as requiring a single room (1 king).  Contact me if you are a couple requiring a single room double bed.
