Load add and save excel with formulas

Hi
How can I load a workbook with 3 spreadsheets that contain styling and formulas then add certain values to specific cells, lets say sheet 1 cell C4 and then save it without losing formatting and formulas. After opening the workbook it would recalculate values using the new values and the existing formulas. Thanks Art
