Windows 8.1 error

Hello

I have windows 8.1, I trying to read.xlsx and getting the following error when I try to - data <- read.xlsx("gov_NGAP.xlsx",sheetIndex=1,header=TRUE)


Error in .jcall("RJavaTools", "Ljava/lang/Object;", "invokeMethod", cl,  :
  java.util.zip.ZipException: invalid code -- missing end-of-block

Do you have problems with all spreadsheets?  Can you run some of the examples? 

If only this spreadsheet gives you a problem, the file may not be in the xlsx format.
